Job Description
The opportunity
We are currently looking for an experienced Capability Systems Administrator to join our People & Capability team.
Reporting to the Capability Manager, with a matrix reporting line to the Capability Superintendent, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing Regis' training and learning systems while contributing to workforce capability development across our operations.
This position is responsible for the administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of training systems, including INX Intuition and Learning Management Systems (LMS), while supporting the development, implementation and maintenance of training packages, learning resources and online learning content.
This is a Perth based, 12 Month fixed term position.
The main responsibilities of this role include:
Managing and maintaining training systems, including INX Intuition and LMS platforms
Driving system improvements and capability enhancements across training and learning systems
Building and maintaining training profiles to support employee and contractor mobilisation requirements
Managing INX workgroups and the assignment of training profiles
Developing reports and reporting capability for the training team and key stakeholders
Coordinating on-site and off-site training activities
Supporting training systems reviews, analysis and implementation activities
Assisting with the development, review and maintenance of training packages, assessment tools and learning resources
Supporting the conversion of operational procedures and training materials into online learning content and digital learning resources
Uploading, testing, maintaining and archiving learning content within the LMS
Maintaining version control and document management processes for training materials and assessments
Providing administrative and coordination support for capability improvement projects and training system enhancements
Desired Skills and Experience
About you
To be successful for this role, you will have:
Demonstrated experience within the resources sector in a similar training systems, learning management or capability administration role
Experience with INX Intuition or an equivalent training management system (essential)
Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online learning content
Sound knowledge of training and assessment practices and associated legislation
Experience developing, maintaining or supporting training packages, learning resources and training documentation
Strong document management, quality control and organisational skills
Advanced computer literacy across Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with individuals and teams across the business
Strong attention to detail and written communication skills
A collaborative approach and the ability to work closely with operational subject matter experts and stakeholders
